Metal Free Restoration

         Today more than every patients demand esthetics as part of their dental treatment and choosing metal-free, biocompatible and highly esthetic restorations. So Kedar Dental Lab’s, Cercon system meets this demand with the ability to fabricate high strength Zirconia based frameworks for CandB restorations.
         Cercon is a high tech CAD-CAM laser/milling system suitable for full coverage crowns and bridges, for the anterior and posterior regions that guarantee to achieve high level of precision and accuracy in fit. Combine this technology with the artistic influence of our ceramists — the result equals a highly esthetic metal-free solutions.

Zircon Zan
         In Kedar Dental Lab’s we also use Zircon (a ceramic material) to create dental implants and restorative components. The zirconium is used to deliver the best aesthetic results since the color of the implant components is completely white and no metal is visible through the ceramic tooth. 

         New generation of implants made only from zircon oxide ceramics. They can be used also by patients allergic to common implants and clients with thin soft tissues. These implants are in one-piece, which is advantageous for insertion and durability. We offer another new step for beautiful smile.

Captek has is one of our favorite restorations. Captek (capillary technology) is an advanced metallurgic system for producing high-gold metal substructures for porcelain-fused-to-gold single and multiple-unit crown and bridgework.
It is this nature of the material that enables it to combine the benefits of gold and the benefits of platinum and palladium in the same system. The hard particles of platinum and palladium are arranged like a skeleton or a metal sponge. The gold is drawn in and through that sponge during the fabrication process. The result is a thin gold coping that is internally reinforced with a skeleton of hard, rigid, thermally stable particles.
Captek use a breakthrough technology which does not require any waxing or casting to produce the copings or bridge understructures for ceramic application.
Capteks’ thin yet strong structure, combined with less opaque, combined with better supporting color, combined with no-oxides, adds up to more room for porcelain and better quality porcelain firing. This is a huge advantage where conservative preparation is indicated and/or preferred.
