Realmumbai.com has all the rights in its sole discretion to randomly or on being notified by any member, user or law authorities, check any content posted on realmumbai.com and if found to be in violation of or breaching any of the terms,  in its sole discretion to remove, block access or report to relevant authorities any such prohibited content that might be posted on realmumbai.com by any member.

Any content or material or information or image or video, etc. that is posted on realmumbai.com site or realmumbai.com services by the members is deemed prohibited if it:

1. is totally different from the content that you provided at the time of becoming a realmumbai.com member through the online or offline registration procedures.
2. Is false, misrepresented, misleading, etc.
3. advocates, aids, helps or promotes any illegal, unlawful or unauthorised copy of some persons’ patented, copyrighted jobs like e-books, e-games,  assisting, abetting any kind of pirated activities like providing links to pirated softwares, pirated programs, pirated music, etc.
4. Is anti-national, anti-government, offending any religion or group, offensive, abusive and promotes any kind of hatred, racism or physical harm of any kind against any religion, group, country, place or individual, etc.
5. troubles or advocates harassment, victimises another person, group, religion, etc
6. exploits people, groups or targets them in a sexual, violent, unethical, unlawful, illegal manner
7. has obscene matters, indecent materials, excessive violence, insulting rhetoric, provocative literature or offensive subject matter or contains link/s to adult websites, porn sites, etc
8. tries to extract personal information from any person below the permissible or legal age.
9. has literature or information that threatens the privacy or security of any individual, group, nation, etc.
10. exploits confidential information of any individual, groups in any manner whatsoever.
11. Spreads harmful rumours, false news, misleading informations, etc.
12. promotes illegal, anti social activities, anti-national activities or activities that are in any way harmful, provocative, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, illegal, unlawful, 
13. sends or is involved in sending automated requests, emails, mass mails, junk mails, spamming, or any harmful, anti-social, anti-privacy, malicious actions of any kind whatsoever.
14. abets, assists or aids any criminal activities or unlawful business like arms dealing, anti-social activities, making computer viruses, etc
15. tries to extract passwords or coaxes for personal information for unlawful purposes or any reasons whatsoever from other members;
16. has any person/s’/groups photos, videos, personal data without their permission to do so.
17. Is unlawful, illegal & violates any individual, group’s rights of any kind including copyrights, trade mark, service mark, registration, etc.
18. advocates, abets, assists or promotes illegal activities or propaganda and/or displays images or signs of groups which are unlawful or illegal in India or any other country.
19. has or promotes materials, messages, text, images, videos, matter, photos, articles, etc. that realmumbai.com, Kreal Softech Pvt Ltd in its sole discretion deems inappropriate.

Realmumbai.com, Kreal Softech Pvt Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including images, photos, text, messages, etc.) by you, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Realmumbai.com Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability even after you have become a member of Realmumbai.com using online or offline registration procedures. Membership fees, if any, paid by you to become a member on realmumbai.com shall not be refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.

KReal Softech Pvt Ltd is entitled to assign this agreement, and all rights and obligations hereunder, to a successor to all or any of its assets, whether by sale, merger or otherwise. These terms shall be binding upon and shall come into effect to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective representatives, heirs, administrators, successors and permitted assigns except as otherwise provided herein.

This agreement is governed by the laws of republic of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the city of Mumbai, state of Maharashtra, India in all/any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of realmumbai.com site. Use of realmumbai.com is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms of use. You understand, acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold KReal Softech Pvt Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on realmumbai.com site.
